Bivens Blueprint exists to help small businesses connect, collaborate, and grow through professional networking and referrals. These Community Guidelines are intended to keep the platform respectful, trustworthy, and useful for everyone involved. Humanity built social media and immediately turned half of it into spam and screaming contests, so here we are with rules.

Be Respectful and Professional

Users are expected to communicate professionally and respectfully when interacting with other members on the platform.

• Treat other users with courtesy and professionalism
• Respect differing opinions and business practices
• Use appropriate language in messages, profiles, and posts
• Provide honest and constructive communication
• Avoid harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior

Honest Representation

Trust is essential in a business networking platform. Users must accurately represent themselves and their businesses.

• Use real business and contact information
• Do not impersonate another person or company
• Do not create fake accounts or misleading profiles
• Only claim businesses you own or are authorized to manage
• Provide truthful descriptions of services, products, and experience

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are not permitted on the platform:

• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Threats, harassment, or bullying
• Sexually explicit or graphic material
• Violent or disturbing content
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information
• Illegal products, services, or activities
• Malicious software, phishing attempts, or harmful links
• Copyright or intellectual property violations
• Excessive profanity or offensive material

Spam and Platform Abuse

Nobody enjoys opening an app just to discover someone blasted the same sales pitch to 900 people before breakfast. Spam and abusive behavior damage the experience for everyone.

• Do not send unsolicited bulk messages
• Do not repeatedly post duplicate content
• Do not manipulate referrals, ratings, or engagement metrics
• Do not scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
• Do not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service
• Do not use automated bots without authorization

Referrals and Networking Standards

Bivens Blueprint is designed to encourage meaningful business relationships and quality referrals.

• Only provide referrals you reasonably believe are legitimate
• Do not falsify leads, recommendations, or referral activity
• Communicate clearly and honestly with potential business connections
• Respect user privacy and confidentiality
• Do not pressure users into purchases or agreements

User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content you upload, post, or share through the Service. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to share your content.

Bivens Blueprint, LLC reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines or may negatively impact the platform or its users.

Reporting Violations

Users may report content, profiles, or behavior that appears to violate these guidelines. We review reports and may investigate accounts or content when necessary.

False or malicious reporting intended to harm another user may itself result in enforcement action. Because apparently even reporting systems need rules. Civilization is exhausting.

Enforcement Actions

Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Content removal
• Temporary feature restrictions
• Account warnings
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account removal
• Legal action where applicable

Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines periodically to reflect platform changes, legal requirements, or evolving community standards. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
