These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bivens Blueprint website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

The Service is intended to help users connect and collaborate with other professionals and businesses.

We do not guarantee:

• Referrals
• Leads
• Customers
• Revenue
• Business opportunites
• Business growth
• Commercial success

Results may vary significantly among users.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful and authorized purposes.

You may not:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Access accounts or systems without authorization
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems without permission
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Misrepresent yourself or your business
• Circumvent platform restrictions or security measures

User Content

You may upload, submit, share, or transmit content through the Service, including profile information, messages, referrals, images, business information, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Bivens Blueprint a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to share the content
• The content does not infringe third-party rights
• The content complies with applicable laws
• The content complies with these Terms and Community Guidelines

We reserve the right to remove or restrict User Content at our discretion.

Referrals and Business Relationships

The Service facilitates introductions, referrals, and professional networking between users.

Bivens Blueprint does not:

• Verify every user, business, or referral
• Endorse specific businesses or individuals
• Guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information
• Guarantee the quality of services offered by users

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any business relationship, transaction, agreement, or engagement.

Subscription Services

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by the terms and billing policies of those platforms.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or platform policies.

We reserve the right to modify subscription offerings, features, and pricing at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, branding, logos, text, graphics, functionality, and content, is owned by Bivens Blueprint, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly authorized, you may not:

• Reverse engineer
• Create derivative works from
• Commercially exploit

any portion of the Service

Platform Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

• Perform maintenance
• Suspend access
• Discontinue portions of the Service

without prior notice.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• You violate Community Guidelines
• We reasonably believe your activity presents legal, security, or operational risk
• We are required to do so by law

You may discontinue use of the Service and delete your account at any time.

Disclamer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIVENS BLUEPRINT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY
• RELIABILITY
• AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIVENS BLUEPRINT, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• USE OF THE SERVICE
• INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
• BUSINESS LOSSES
• LOST PROFITS
• LOST DATA
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
• USER INTERACTIONS
• THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• $100 USD
• THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO BIVENS BLUEPRINT DURING THE PREVIOUS TWELVE MONTHS

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bivens Blueprint, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Your interactions with other users

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be collected, processed, and used as described in that policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
